We offer a free quotation service to our customers. Whether you have contacted us via telephone, email or our website we will endeavour to make contact with you within 24 hours.
We will then arrange a visit to your property that is convenient to you. If for any reason we are delayed or are unable to make the specified time or date then we will of course keep you informed.
We provide a written quotation that can be posted or emailed to you directly and we aim to respond within 5 days. If however the quotation is urgent then we will of course get it to you the following day if required.
All our quotations contain information about the Trading Standards Approved Trader Scheme which we are a member of.
Once you are satisfied with our quotation and wish us to carry the work for you, then we will arrange a suitable date to carry out the roofing work for you. In some circumstances our work may be delayed due to weather or other work that has over run. If this is the case then we will contact our customers as soon as possible and make them aware of the situation. We will then endeavour to carry out the work at the earliest opportunity.
Throughout the period of the roofing work, the area around your property will be kept clean and tidy and free of any hazards. Once the work is completed and as a customer you are satisfied with our work then we will issue an invoice for payment. Payment can be made via cheque or direct to our company bank account.
We appreciate payment upon completion of the work. Where this is not possible due to holidays or work commitments then alternatives arrangements can be discussed.
Our main aim is that the customer is happy and satisfied with our work before any payment is taken. We have an excellent aftercare service for our customers.
